This page is the central place to get help with any Lizzian app. If

you can't find your answer here, please email us — every message is

read and answered personally.

HOW TO REACH US

The fastest way to get help is by email. When you write to us,

please include:

1. The name of the app you are using

2. Your device model (for example, iPhone 15 Pro)

3. The version of iOS or iPadOS you are running

4. The version of the app (Settings → About → Version)

5. A short description of what happened

6. A screenshot, if possible

This information helps us understand the issue quickly and avoid

back-and-forth questions.

PURCHASES, TRIALS, AND RESTORING

----------------------------------------------------------------

How do trials work?

Most Lizzian apps offer a free trial when you first install

them. After the trial ends, a one-time purchase unlocks the

full app. We do not use subscriptions in our apps unless

clearly indicated.

How do I unlock the app on a new device?

In-app purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not to a specific

device. On any device signed in with the same Apple ID:

Open the app → Settings → Premium → Restore Purchase

You can also use the Restore button shown on the paywall.

Restore Purchase says "no purchase found." What now?

1. Confirm you are signed in with the same Apple ID that

originally purchased the app.

2. Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases to

verify the active account.

3. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try

again.

4. If the problem continues, email us with your Apple ID

country/region and the approximate purchase date — we

can help confirm with Apple.

Can I get a refund?

In-app purchases are processed and refunded by Apple, not by

Lizzian. You can request a refund directly from Apple at:

https://reportaproblem.apple.com

We have no ability to issue refunds on Apple's behalf. If you

run into any difficulty, please contact us — we will do our

best to help you reach a satisfactory outcome.

ICLOUD SYNC

----------------------------------------------------------------

Lizzian apps that store data sync through your private iCloud

account using Apple's CloudKit. We never see or store your

content on our servers.

My data isn't appearing on my other device.

1. Confirm both devices are signed in to the same Apple ID.

2. Open iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps Using

iCloud and make sure the app is turned on.

3. Confirm both devices have an active internet connection.

4. After the first edit, sync can take a few minutes.

5. If the issue persists, close the app fully and reopen it

on both devices.

How do I delete my synced data?

Open iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account

Storage → [App Name] → Delete Data.

You can also remove the app from your device, which clears

the local copy. The iCloud copy is governed by Apple's

iCloud terms.

NOTIFICATIONS

----------------------------------------------------------------

Lizzian apps that send reminders use local notifications only —

nothing is sent through a remote server.

Notifications aren't appearing.

1. Open iOS Settings → Notifications → [App Name] and confirm

that notifications are allowed.

2. Inside the app, open Settings → Notifications and confirm

that the relevant switch is on.

3. If your reminder is for a scheduled event, make sure the

event has both a date and an alarm offset configured.

4. Local notifications require the app to remain installed on

the device that scheduled them.

TROUBLESHOOTING

----------------------------------------------------------------

The app crashed or behaves unexpectedly.

1. Force quit the app and reopen it (swipe up from the bottom

of the screen and swipe the app preview away).

2. Make sure you are running the latest version of the app

from the App Store.

3. Make sure your device is running a supported version of

iOS or iPadOS.

4. Restart your device.

5. If the problem continues, please email us with the details

listed in "How to reach us" above.

The app is slow.

Performance can be affected by very large amounts of data,

low device storage, or running iOS on an older device. If

performance feels off, please email us so we can investigate.

I deleted something by mistake.

Most Lizzian apps support a Recently Deleted or Deleted

section so you can restore items before permanently clearing

them. Open the relevant list (for example, Tasks or Logs)

and look at the bottom of the list for a "Deleted" group.

PRIVACY

Lizzian apps are built around a simple principle: your data

belongs to you.

- We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal

data.

- We do not include analytics, tracking, or advertising

SDKs in our apps.

- We do not require you to create an account or sign in.

- Payments are processed by Apple — we never see your

payment details.

- All your content stays on your device and, optionally,

in your private iCloud account.
