SubDojo is a subscription tracking app developed by Lizzian LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how SubDojo handles information when you use the app.
Overview
SubDojo is designed to be local-first and privacy-friendly. The app helps you manually track recurring subscriptions, costs, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories, trials, reminders, and projected spending.
Information We Collect
SubDojo does not collect personal data from you. Subscription information you enter into the app is stored locally on your device. We do not operate an account system, analytics system, advertising system, or server database for your subscription records.
Subscription Data You Enter
You may choose to enter subscription names, prices, currencies, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories, notes, and trial dates. This information remains on your device and is used only to provide the app's subscription tracking features.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, SubDojo uses local notifications on your device to remind you before a subscription renews or a trial ends. These notifications are scheduled by the app on your device. We do not send push notifications from a server.
Widgets
SubDojo may share a small local summary, such as monthly spending and upcoming renewal information, between the app and its Home Screen widget using Apple's App Group storage on your device. This information is not sent to Lizzian LLC.
Purchases
If you purchase SubDojo Pro, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. Lizzian LLC does not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide transaction status information needed to unlock purchased features.
Third-Party Services
SubDojo does not use third-party advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or analytics SDKs. If future versions add optional services, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those services are used.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. Because SubDojo does not collect your subscription records, we cannot share those records with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your subscription records remain on your device until you edit or delete them, or until you delete the app. Deleting the app may remove locally stored app data from your device, subject to Apple's system behavior and your device backup settings.
Children's Privacy
SubDojo is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International Users
SubDojo can be used in different regions, but app data is designed to remain local on your device. App Store purchases and downloads are handled by Apple according to Apple's terms and privacy policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, provide notice in the app or on our website.
